Mary Ann Uebelhor, age 96, of Jasper, Indiana passed away at 3:25 a.m. on Monday (November 30, 2015) at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, Indiana.

Mary A. UebelhorMary Ann was born in Jasper, Indiana, on December 5, 1918, to Leander and Rose (Dick) Giesler. She married Edmund F. Uebelhor on November 12, 1946, in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana. He preceded her in death on April 4, 2001.

Mary Ann was a homemaker and member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the Sodality of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Holy Family Catholic Church and was a former member of the Jasper D of I.

She enjoyed playing cards and quilting.

Preceding her in death are two sisters, Ardella Heim and Florence Neuhoff, and four brothers, Edward, Herman, Robert, and Arnold Giesler.

Funeral services for Mary Ann Uebelhor will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday (December 2, 2015) at Holy Family Catholic Church in Jasper, IN, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper, Indiana.

Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the church on Wednesday.
