In a news release Holy Trinity Administrator Father Gary Kaiser announced Tyler Lemen has been named as the new principal of the catholic school. Lemen will take over the reins next school year.
Lemon replaces Sally Sternberg, who has joined the Catholic Schools Office for the Evansville Diocese as Assistant Superintendent.
Father Kaiser is pastor of Precious Blood Parish in Jasper and St. Mary Parish in Ireland, and serves as Bishop Charles C. Thompson’s priest delegate to Holy Trinity.
In the release Father Gary says he has seen Lemen lead and handle situations with professional insight. He says he’s confident Lemen will serve Holy Trinity Catholic School well and has a great rapport among students, staff and parents.
A native of Santa Claus, Lemen earned an undergraduate degree in Music Education from Indiana State University. Before joining Holy Trinity Catholic School’s administrations team, Lemen was the Director of Choirs at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis. He earned his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2015.
Lemen is currently serving as the school’s Assistant Principal.
