JASPER, IN – The Rotary Club of Jasper is taking applications for its three year Charity of Choice. Past Charity of Choice Benefactors include the Guadalupe Center in Huntingburg, Indiana (July 2011-June 2014) and TRI-CAP’s Dubois County location of Dubois, Pike, and Warrick (July 2014-June 2017).

The Guadalupe Center was an organization that provided services to Spanish speaking immigrants in our community. The Rotary Club of Jasper provided computers, software, and instructor training to assist with English as a second language and citizenship training. The second Benefactor, TRI-CAP’s Dubois County location, utilized the Rotary Club of Jasper’s donations to enhance its playground and to purchase a company vehicle.

The Rotary Club of Jasper will be accepting July 2017- June 2020 Charity of Choice Selection Applications (Questionnaire’s) between now and Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Questionnaires may be downloaded at www.jasperrotary.com. Charity of Choice Selection Questionnaires can be returned to Rotary Club of Jasper, PO Box 536, Jasper, IN 47546 or via email to Judi.Brown@in.nacdnet.net. The July 2017-June 2020 Charity of Choice recipient will be announced Thursday, July 6, 2017.
