Holiday schedules and closings will continue this week for non emergency offices for the cities of Jasper and Huntingburg as well as the Town of Ferdinand and Dubois County.

First, Jasper City Hall as well as the Jasper Street Department, and Utilities Administrative offices will be closed for the New Year’s holiday beginning this Friday December 29th. A reminder for Jasper residents, trash and regular recycling normally picked up on Friday will instead be collected tomorrow December 28th.

Those same offices and departments in and for the City of Jasper will be closed next Monday January 1st. Trash and cardboard recycling normally picked up on Mondays will be collected on Tuesday the 2nd.

Also the Jasper Street Department’s Resource and Recovery Site will once again be shut down this Saturday December 30th.

Trash and recycling for the rest of the week will be on the regular schedule. Residents are asked to please have their trash and recycling curbside by 7 am.

Non emergency municipal offices for the City of Huntingburg and The Town of Ferdinand will both run the same holiday schedule as all offices within Huntingburg City Hall as well as the offices at the Ferdinand Town Hall and Utility office will be closed in observance of the New Year’s holiday January 1st.

Those offices will reopen next Tuesday January 2nd.

And finally, the holiday schedule for all non emergency offices in and for the County of Dubois will be the same as The city Jasper.

The Dubois County Courthouse and annex will be closed Friday December 29th and Monday January 1st.
