Hattie Bernice (Wiseman) Pinnell, age 91, of New Albany, formerly of Birdseye, passed away at 8:40 a.m., Monday, January 22, 2018, at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany.
She was born May 9, 1926, in Birdseye, Indiana to William Lonzo and Georgia Pauline (Snyder) Kendall. Hattie worked at Styline Corporation for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Wiseman in 1989; her second husband, James Pinnell; four children, Avis Pollard, Scott, Lorraine and Kevin Wiseman; and four siblings, Robert and James Kendall, Vivian Stout, Patsy Wright.
Hattie is survived by six children, Shirley Stroud of Jeffersonville, Jerry Wiseman of Tell City, Sharon Volz of Tennessee, James Wiseman of Birdseye, Mike Wiseman of Florida, Randall Wiseman of Birdseye; by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Hattie (Wiseman) Pinnell will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Birdseye Cemetery in Birdseye. Rev. Albert Madden will officiate at the service.
