Jasper Engines and Transmissions is proud to announce the winners of its annual scholarship program. Applicants must be dependent children of full-time JASPER® Associates. A rating system of several criteria is used to determine the recipients.
Kaitlin Albrecht is a graduate of Indiana Connections Academy. She will attend Vincennes University Jasper majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition. She is the daughter of Laura & Mike Albrecht. Laura works in the Accounts Receivable department at JASPER.
Brooke Almon is a Boonville High School graduate. She will attend Ball State University to pursue a degree in Architecture. She is the daughter of Jason Almon and Melissa Almon. Jason is a JASPER Customer Service Representative.
Joseph Armit is a graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School. He plans to attend Southeastern Louisiana University and pursue a Marketing degree with a minor in Business. He is the son of Joey Armit and Kathleen Blanchard. Joey is an Outside Sales Rep at JASPER’s Hammond branch.
Kendall Berry graduated from Loogootee High School and will be attending the University of Southern Indiana to earn a Business degree. She is the daughter of Danny and Stacy Berry. Danny works in the Differential Division and Stacy is a Team Leader in the Transmission Division.
Mallory Berry is a graduate of Loogootee High School. She will continue her education at the University of Southern Indiana and plans to become a chiropractor. She is the daughter of Treshia and Robert Berry. Treshia is a Team Leader in the Transmission Division.
Tyson Brandt graduated from Jasper High School. He will attend the University of Southern Indiana to pursue a degree in Computer Information Technology. He is the son of Alison and Scott Brandt. Alison works in People Services/Payroll at JASPER.
Joanna Calderon is a Jasper High School graduate. She plans to attend IUPUI and major in Nursing. She is the daughter of Anna Barrix and Henry Calderon. Anna works in the Accounts Receivable department at JASPER.
Erin Craig is a graduate of Pike Central High School and plans to further her education at Vincennes University Jasper where she’ll pursue a Nursing degree. She is the daughter of Jason and Jeanine Craig. Jason works in JASPER’s Gas Division.
Amy Cruz graduated from Jasper High School. She will attend Indiana University majoring in Biology with a minor in Sociology. She is the daughter of Elmer and Betty Cruz. Elmer works at Jasper Electric Motors.
Skyler DeTrana will graduate from Volcano Vista High School and continue her education at the University of New Mexico where she will major in Psychology with a minor in Business and Arts. She is the daughter of Paul DeTrana. Paul is an Outside Sales Rep at JASPER’s Denver branch.
Canyon Duncan is a Wood Memorial High School graduate. He plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana. He is currently undecided on his major. Canyon is the son of Maria Duncan and Chris Duncan. Maria is a Team Leader in the Lifter Department at JASPER.
Zeb Etienne is a graduate of Heritage Hills High School and will continue his education at Ivy Tech Community College studying Mechanical Maintenance and Repair. He is the son of Dan and Sherry Etienne. Dan works in the Diesel Division at JASPER.
Jack Ford will graduate from Jackson Memorial High School and attend Gettysburg College to study Business and Economics, with the goal of becoming a lawyer. Jack is the son of Rick and Kathryn Ford. Rick is an Outside Sales Representative at JASPER’s Philadelphia branch.
Gloria Gonzalez is a Southridge High School graduate and will attend Vincennes University Jasper majoring in Business Management with an Accounting minor. She is the daughter of Marisela Hernandez and Ricardo Gonzalez. Marisela works in the Accounts Receivable department at JASPER.
Leanna Harsh is a graduate of Lee Williams High School and plans to continue her education at Mohave Community College majoring in Radiology Technology. She is the daughter of Don and Carla Harsh. Don is the Operations Manager at JASPER’s Las Vegas branch.
Jace Ingle will graduate from Paoli High School and plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana where he’ll major in Nursing. Jace is the son of Dustin Ingle and Kim Deaton. Dustin is a Team Leader in the Diesel Turbo department.
Brianna Key is a Crawford County High School graduate. She plans to continue her education at the University of Southern Indiana in the Health Services field. She is the daughter of Richard and Brenda Key. Richard works in JIS at JASPER’s Crawford County facility.
Noah McCallister is a graduate of Mountain Grove High School and plans to attend the University of Missouri to study Biochemistry. He is the son of Ingrid and Stacey McCallister. Ingrid works in the People Services department at JASPER’s Willow Springs, Missouri, facility.
Reece Mehringer is a Jasper High School graduate and plans to attend Vincennes University where he’ll continue his education in Construction Management. He is the son of Mark and Tammy Mehringer. Mark works in the Finance/Accounting Department at JASPER.
Hadley Meyer is a graduate of Jasper High School. She will continue her education at Purdue University majoring in Business Management. Hadley is the daughter of Marty and Shelly Meyer. Marty is an Inside Sales Representative at JASPER.
Hannah Nixon is a Jasper High School graduate. She will attend the University of Southern Indiana where she’ll earn her degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She is the daughter of Ron Nixon and Terra Bair. Ron is a Team Leader in JASPER’s Transmission Division.
Skyler Padgett will graduate from Jasper High School and continue her education at the University of Southern Indiana majoring in Dietetics and Business. She is the daughter of Larry and Stacey Padgett. Larry is a truck driver for JET Transit.
Taylor Pettaway is a Harrison High School graduate and will attend Western Michigan State where she will be pursuing a Zoology degree. She is the daughter of Jesse and Gail Pettaway. Jesse is Sales Manager of JASPER’s Detroit branch.
Kylie Smith will graduate from Bensalem High School. She will continue her education at Syracuse University to pursue a degree in Film with a Psychology minor. Kylie is the daughter of Greg and Stacy Smith. Greg is the Operations Manager at JASPER’s Philadelphia branch.
Reed Tarr is a Springs Valley High School graduate and plans to attend the University of Evansville to major in Civil Engineering and minor in Political Sciences. He is the son of Damon and Kristin Tarr. Damon works in the Accounts Payable department at JASPER.
Lauren Webster will graduate from Crawford County High School. She will continue her studies at Indiana University Southeast to pursue a degree in Business. Lauren is the daughter of Nathan & Emma Webster and Lori Webster. Nathan and Emma both work in the Transmission Division at JASPER’s Crawford County facility.
Mariah Zoglman is a Heritage Hills graduate and will be attending the University of Southern Indiana where she will study to become a Pre-Occupational Therapy Assistant. She is the daughter of Misty and Chad Zoglman. Misty is receptionist in the Executive Office at JASPER.
