Angie Ibilal begins her reign this week as the 2019 Dale Fall Fest Queen. 

While the Dale Fall Fest begins in earnest later this week, Sunday night, the queen and her court were crowned. Angie Ibilal the 18-year-old daughter of Albi and Angela Teguida and a Junior At Heritage Hills High School was crowned the 2019 Dale Fall Fest Queen. Angie was crowned by last year’s queen Kiersten Schuler. Her court is made up of:

1st Runner Up: Summer Konerding, 18, daughter of Phil and Shelly Konerding

2nd Runner Up: Braili Schipp, 17, daughter of Jeremy Schipp and Amy Dilger

3rd Runner Up: Mirand Miller, 20, daughter of Charles and Jawqueline Miller
4th Runner Up: Ella Green, 17 daughter of Darrell and Della Green

Miss Congeniality: Ella Green and Miss Photogenic: Angie Ibilal.


Angie Ibilal, 2019 Dale Fall Fest Queen, received a $1000.00 scholarship presented by Festival Board President Mark Luebbehusen. The Dale Fall Festival Scholarship Pageant includes two additional scholarship awards given by Thermwood based on public speaking and professional interviews. The two young ladies with top scores in their interview portion each receive a $250 scholarship and they are Summer Konerding and Angie Ibilal. Sarah Maddox was the Dale Fall Fest Scholarship Queen Pageant director.

The theme of the 2019 Dale Fall Fest is “Dale…A Community Built On Generations”. The Dale Fall Festival opens Thursday night September 5th and continues through Saturday night September 7th.
