A Jasper man is behind bars on a theft warrant.

Police located 26-year-old Neil Pitstick at Hucks on 3rd Avenue in Jasper at around 12:30 Tuesday afternoon.

Pitstick had an outstanding theft warrant out of Dubois County.

After leaving the gas station, police stopped Pitstick at the German American Bank across the street and took him into custody.

While arresting him, police found 3 grams of marijuana.

Pitstick was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on the active warrant and charged with possession of marijuana.
