A Vincennes man is facing DUI charges after a car crash last night.

Indiana State Police and the Vincennes Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at Washington Avenue and Carbon Street at around 9:23 last night.

Officers say 45-year-old Housman R. Paz was driving a 2005 Buick without using headlights, rear-ending another vehicle.

Paz’s 10-year-old son was also in the back seat at the time of the accident.

No injuries were reported.

According to ISP, Paz had a blood alcohol content of .25%.

The boy was released to his mother.

Paz is being held in the Knox County Jail on bond and charged with one Class 6 Felony count of Driving While Intoxicated with a Passenger under the age of 18.
