A Jasper man is facing Battery charges.

Late Saturday night, the Jasper Police Department was dispatched to a domestic dispute at 1300 Dewey St.

Once officers arrived they were able to determine that 33-year-old, Willam Schwartz, battered and strangled a relative.

Schwartz was booked into the Dubois County Security Center and is facing charges of battery and strangulation.
