The investigation of the alleged sexual misconduct of a Huntingburg man has led to his arrest on charges.

Back in January investigators with the Huntingburg Police Department and the Dubois County Department of Child and Family Services began looking into the incidents that occurred between August of 2013 to November of 2016 that involved a 15-year-old girl.

Results of the investigation led to the issuance of an arrest warrant filed by the Dubois County Prosecutor’s Office through Dubois Circuit Court.

19-year old Brayden Hachmeister was placed under arrest Thursday afternoon on a Level 5 felony count of sexual misconduct with a minor and a Level 6 felony count of dissemination of matter harmful to a minor.

Hachmeister was taken to the Huntingburg Police
Department then later booked into the Dubois County Security Center in Jasper.
