SynEnergy Partners as of Monday has acquired the propane gas distribution business of Fischer’s Tru Flame from Tell City.

With the acquisition, SynEnergy Partners will obtain all Fischer’s trucks and equipment. As well as retain all current employees and contract them through Fischer’s.

Kim Higginson, Chief Operating Officer of SynEnergy Partners says they’re pleased Fischer’s has accepted their stewardship of their propane distribution business.

Higginson adds that they are delighted that many of the customers in the area will continue to see familiar faces with the same delivery and service employees.

Tim Mueller, Chairman of SynEnergy Partners Board of Directors says the acquisition solidifies their position in the market and substantially expands thier customer base and footprint in Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

Fischer’s Tru Flame in Tell City terminated operations at the end of day last Thursday, May 31st.
