A Huntingburg man is facing various after a confrontation.
Police responded to reports of a confrontation at Best Chair at 1 Best Drive in Ferdinand Friday afternoon.
After investigating, 48-year-old Pedro Rivera was arrested and charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon and attempted battery with a deadly weapon.
He’s currently being held in the Dubois County Security Center on no bond.
