Daviess County Rural Water is issuing a precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the following areas: north of 925 N to 1100 N, on 1000 N west of 900 E up to customers west of 675 E to the address of 6552 E 1000 N, and those south of 1000 N on Co Rd 875 E. This advisory is due to a water main being hit.
It is recommended that all cooking and drinking water be brought to a complete boil for five (5) minutes before use. Please continue to boil all cooking and drinking water until further notice. They will notify you when it is no longer necessary.
