Dubois County Treasurer, Craig M. Greulich is informing Dubois County taxpayers that property tax statements will be mailed Monday, April 13th, 2026. Greulich is also reminding the spring installment is due Monday, May 11th, 2026.

There are several payment options including:

  • Online – duboiscountyin.us
    • Credit or Debit card-2.5% fee will apply.
    • E-Checks-flat $1.50 fee will apply.
  • Phone – (812) 678-7983 This is an automated service. You will need the parcel number located on your tax statement.
    • A 2.5% fee will apply.
    • Do not call the Treasurer’s Office as they cannot process payments over the phone.
  • Mail You must include the colored ‘Remittance Coupon(s) with Barcode’ in the envelope provided.
    • Payment is considered on time when postmarked by the U.S. Post Office on or before the due date.
    • Putting it in the mailbox the day of or even the day or two before may result in a late postmark.
  • Treasurer’s Dropbox Place the colored ‘Remittance Coupon(s) with Barcode’ and your payment in the Treasurer’s drop box located at the east entrance of the courthouse before midnight (11:59pm EST) on the due date.
  • In Office – You must bring in your full Tax Statement (with barcode) to the Treasurer’s Office during open hours (Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm).

To ensure that your payment is applied to the correct parcel you must include the proper Spring and/or Fall remittance coupon(s) with the barcode. The Treasurer’s office is not responsible for incorrectly applied payments if the proper paperwork is not provided.

If taxpayers would like a receipt, they must include the receipt portion (Taxpayer’s Copy-Keep for you Records) with the correct colored Remittance Coupon(s) with barcode and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The Treasurer’s office will stamp the back side of the Taxpayer’s Copy and then they can keep it for their records.

Treasurer’s Office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM – 4 PM. The office notes they will be closed Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, for primary election day.
