Jasper’s Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center has been named as a recipient of I-Vantage Health’s Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital in the United States.

The recognition is given to top-performing hospitals that outperform peer facilities across areas including quality and outcomes, patient safety and satisfaction, and costs and charges.

The results are calculated by the I-Vantage Hospital Strength INDEX, which provides the industry standard for assessing and bench-marking rural and critical access hospital performance.

Hospitals are measured across nine equally weighted pillars of performance, encompassing 62 metrics: outpatient market share, inpatient market share, market risk, cost, charge, quality, outcomes, patient perspective and financial stability.

By achieving this distinction, Memorial is recognized as a top performer, excelling in managing risk, achieving higher quality, securing better outcomes, increasing satisfaction and operating at a lower cost than their peers.
