(DAVIESS COUNTY)- The Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched a bit over 2pm Tuesday afternoon to a residence of 500 South 300 West in Washington for a shooting complaint. While investigating the complaint a search of the residence was conducted and it was learned that no one was harmed; however the search did lead to multiple arrests.
20 year-old Eric Rayman of Odon was charged with Conspiracy to commit dealing in methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance, 23 year-old James Sutton of Washington was charged with dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance, and 43 year-old Cedric Merritt of Washington was charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine over 10 grams, dealing schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule II controlled substance, possession of firearm by a violent felon and visiting a common nuisance.
According to officials what was seized from the residence was approximately 2 ounces of Crystal Methamphetamine, Marijuana, Hydrocodone, Drug Paraphernalia, and 3 firearms along with ammunition.
