Early Sunday morning a Jasper man was taken into custody after a report of disturbance at a Jasper residence. Police where called to a home located on 6th street, to which they found 31-year old Micheal Greenlee being combative towards the home owners and after being asked to leave, would not do so. Once the homeowners were able to Greenlee outside, he proceeded to break a glass screen door and double pane window on the home before fleeing the area on foot.
Officers then located Greenlee near 3rd and Clay streets where they reported his blood alcohol level to be tested at .24 percent.
Greenlee was taken into custody and lodged in the Dubois County Security Center where he was booked on Misdemeanor counts of Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
Jasper police were assisted by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Department.
