Generations, a Vincennes University’s Community Service Division, will be providing an informational workshop on Medicare Thursday, December 1st, at the Jasper Public Library. The presentation on Medicare Coverage, directed by Generations, will be held in the Jasper Library Annex at 6 p.m.

The workshop is aimed at answering questions on what the general Medicare Coverage and information on supplemental coverage available for retirement.

Generations State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIP) counselors will be presenting information and taking general questions from the audience. Individual appointments for registration can be set up with this program being helpful to those approaching “Medicare Age” along with those assisting family or friends who are eligible in making important decisions.
