Joyce L. Kempf, age 75, of Schnellville, Indiana, passed away at 6:50 a.m. on Wednesday (November 9, 2016) at home.

joyce-l-kempfJoyce was born in Duff, Indiana, on November 3, 1941 to Virgil and Grace (Jeffries) Huntman. She married Harold Kempf on August 12, 1961 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Schnellville, Indiana.

She worked at Kimball Electronics, K-Mart, and Fifth Third Bank in Jasper.

She was a member of Divine Mercy Parish – Sacred Heart Campus in Schnellville and the Schnellville Conservation and Community Clubs.

She enjoyed reading and fishing with her husband.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Joyce L. Kempf will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday (November 12, 2016) at Divine Mercy Parish – Sacred Heart Catholic Church Campus in Schnellville, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. service time at the church on Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Divine Mercy Parish or to the Lange-Fuhs Cancer Center.
