On January 17th, 2017 at 6:40 P.M., Huntingburg Officers received a complaint of possible drug usage at 206 E 13th Street. Upon arriving officers spoke with Scott Altmeyer and Rosalina Barnett.

While at the residence, officers located methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Other controlled substances were also located at the residence. Both were arrested and transported to Dubois County Security Center, where they were lodged.

The two were charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule II Drug, Possession of Legend Drug, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
