A job fair aimed at assisting employees affected by the Jasper Rubber closure is set for Saturday, April 11.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Time at the Ruxer Gym on the Vincennes University Jasper Campus.

Organizers say the job fair is designed to connect former Jasper Rubber employees with potential employers and new career opportunities in the region. Attendees will have the chance to meet with hiring representatives and learn more about available positions.

The event is open to those impacted by the closure and others seeking employment, providing a convenient setting to explore job options and network with local businesses.

The job fair will be held in the VUJC Ruxer Gym at 850 College Avenue in Jasper.
