Officials with the City of Huntingburg say due to street repair work from a waterline break on Washington Street, the road will be closed between Seventh Street and Railroad Avenue indefinitely.

Once again officials with the City of Huntingburg say due to street repair work from a waterline break on Washington Street, the Huntingburg Street Department has closed Washington Street between Seventh Street and Railroad Avenue till further notice.

State Highway 64 will also be restricted to two lanes during that time. Motorists are asked to find an alternate route during the course of the work.

Also, due to sewer main replacement work being conducted on 3rd Street, city officials in Huntingburg say the road will be closed between Walnut and Chestnut Streets today (Monday, January 7) and tomorrow (Tuesday, January 8th).

Again, motorists are asked to please find an alternate route these next couple of days.
