With the groundbreaking taking place last week, Rockport is now taking the next steps in welcoming its new business built on Main Street in over 19 years.
Rockport Mayor Gay Anne Harney says The Apartments Over Main will now be built to house up business and a number of Apartments.
The entirety of the Apartment’s Over Main is a 100% Private Investment, done so by Realty Wealth Advisors of Indianapolis. Scott Adams and Clint Wetherill, the co-inventors of the project, have said that they are excited to bring the business to Rockport and be part of the community’s growth.
Harney says that the apartments will be a great investment for the downtown, something the city has needed for a while.
