A Jasper man was taken into custody after a domestic battery incident on Monday.

Officers were dispatched on Monday to 1622 Newton Street in reference to an altercation.

After further investigation, officers found that 42-year-old Jonathan Holt of Jasper had battered two women inside the home.

Holt was booked into the Dubois County Security Center.

42-year old Jonathon Scott Holt was arrested for domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury.

The Jasper Police Department was assisted by the Dubois County Sheriff’s Office and Memorial Hospital EMS.
