Saturday was a big day for the Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County and their new future homeowner.

Amy Bright will soon own the organization’s 17th home in Dubois County.

Bright says she is beyond grateful for the opportunity.

Bright says she hopes the house will be finished around Christmas time.

And if you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, the Habitat for Humanity is still looking for volunteers to help build the house for Amy and her family.
