Jasper man arrested on domestic battery charges
On Monday at approximately 3:55 pm, the Jasper Police Department was dispatched to 102 E 35th Street in reference to a possible domestic battery that had occurred. Upon further investigation, it was determined that 52-year-old Carlos Martinez Torres battered a juvenile.
Martinez Torres was lodged in the Dubois County Security Center on domestic battery charges.
