The 2024 Fire and Farm Expo is set to take place from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, on Sunday, October 6th, at the St. Meinrad Community Center Park.

The event offers family fun and food, with served items including BBQ or grilled chicken and pork chop dinners, burgers, windmill chill ice cream, kettle corn, cotton candy, and a variety of goods at a bake sale.

Individuals are welcome to bring their tractor or farm equipment to the expo to display, with registration beginning at 9:30 AM.

The schedule for the event includes:

  • 9:30 AM – North Spencer Archery Club Demonstration at the ballfield
  • 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM – Raffle and Half Pot Tickets for sale, and Silent Auction at the community center
  • 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM – 40-Foot Fun Run Inflatable Obstacle Course, Kids Pedal Tractor Course, and Hands-on Farming Activities at the Park
  • 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM – Dr. Popper Balloon Artist
  • 9:30 AM to 3 PM – Tractor and Farm Equipment Show with Demonstrations – Fire Trucks Display
  • 10 AM – North Spencer Archery Club Demonstrations at the ballfield
  • 10:30 AM – Kids Straw Dig at the Park
  • 11 AM – Stat Flight Helicopter Lands at the ballfield (weather permitting)
  • 11 AM to 2 PM – Sweetwater Band in the park
  • 11:30 AM – Kids Tractor Pull Competition by HHHS FFA at the Park
  • 1 PM – Kids Straw Dig at the Park
  • 1:30 PM – Tractor Parade at 2nd Street
  • 2 PM – Antique Tractor Show Judging with plaques awarded – Silent Auction closes
  • 2:30 PM – Raffle and Half Pot Drawing
