The Ferdinand Town Council invites sealed bids to sell a 2018 Ford Taurus SE 4-door sedan. The vehicle, available for public inspection at the Town Hall, features a blue exterior, and tan cloth interior, and has 67,558 miles on the odometer. This is the second time in the past three months the Town has accepted bids for the car.

The car will be sold “as is” with a reserve price. Bids will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Ford Taurus.” Mail-in bids should be addressed to the Town of Ferdinand, P.O. Box 7, Ferdinand, IN 47532.
All bids will be publicly opened and read at the Town Council meeting on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 7:15 p.m. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for 30 days following the bid opening. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including those that do not meet the reserve. The bid providing the highest amount will be selected.
