The French Lick Senior Citizens Center has announced a special Labor Day event along with details for their weekly Friday night dances in September.

Located at 785 South Bears Bend Road, the French Lick Senior Citizens Center will be holding an evening of dinner and dancing on Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd, 2024. Dinner will be served from 4 to 5:30 PM and the band will play from 6 to 8 PM.

The meal will be a spaghetti dinner with salad, bread, dessert, and a drink. The cost for the dinner and dance is $15 and the cost of attending just the dance is $7.

They will also be holding their regular dances every Friday night with doors opening at 6 PM and dancing from 7 to 9:30 PM. 

Admission is $7, food and drinks are available to buy, and a live band will play music. 

The lineup of bands playing at their dances in September is:

  • September 6th: Ralph Eads Band
  • September 13th: Stone Canyon Band
  • September 20th: Little Mountain Band
  • September 27th: Paul Smith Band
