Interested applicants should outline the specific problem their project will address, its relation to the PCSAC Comprehensive Plan, the target population, project goals and objectives with time frames, and how success will be measured.

To apply, visit their website, download the application documents, complete them, and email them to pcsubstanceabuse@gmail.com. Applicants should also review the Comprehensive Community Plan on the website for essential guidance on aligning their projects with PCSAC’s objectives.
