On Sunday morning, September 8th, Trooper Noah Ewing responded to the rural Orange County area near French Lick to assist the Orange County Sheriff’s Office with a crashed vehicle. Trooper Ewing spoke to spoke to the driver, Brady Tucker. Tucker showed visible signs of impairment. Tucker was transported to IU Health Hospital in Paoli by ambulance for a chemical test and medical clearance. Tucker was arrested and transported to the Orange County jail where he is being held on bond.

Criminal Confinement – Level 6 Felony
