The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 164, often called the Celestine Highway in Dubois County.

Beginning on or around Monday, March 24, crews will close State Road 164 in Celestine. This closure will occur at the intersection of Celestine Road.

This road closure will allow for a pipe replacement project to be completed. This closure is expected to last through the beginning of April, depending on the weather.

The detour for this project is from State Road 162 to State Road 64 to State Road 145. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
