The Dubois County Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) has announced the launch of its first annual Photography Contest, celebrating the theme “Conservation in Action.” The contest invites Dubois County residents to showcase the beauty, creativity, and real-world impact of conservation efforts happening throughout the community.

Participants are encouraged to submit images that highlight soil, water, and wildlife conservation, whether through everyday practices, innovative approaches, or inspiring natural moments. The goal is to reveal how conservation is woven into the landscape and daily life across Dubois County.

The contest is only open to Dubois County residents, and photographs can be submitted now through the deadline of June 11, 2026. Submissions can be made using the QR code on the contest flyer above, using the entry form below, or visiting duboisswcd.org/photo-contest.html.
