The Dubois County Business Hall of Fame has welcomed its 2026 class of laureates, following today’s ceremony honoring leaders who’ve made a lasting impact on the local business community put on by Junior Achievement of Southwestern Indiana.

Among those recognized is Jasper attorney and business leader Bill Kaiser, who advises major companies across multiple industries and has played a key role in driving economic growth in the region.

Kaiser on being this year’s active laureate.

Also honored as a historic laureate was Raymond Schwenk, who spent more than 40 years with Jasper Engines and Transmissions, helping guide the company’s growth and transition to employee ownership.

Schwenk was known for his quiet leadership and decades of service to organizations like Junior Achievement, the Dubois County Community Foundation, and the Boy Scouts.

Kaiser says there is one important quality shared by all the past inductees.

Kaiser says he hopes that spirit of service inspires the future generations.

Today’s ceremony recognized not just business success, but a legacy of leadership and service across Dubois County.
