A missing Princeton woman was found dead in her vehicle Tuesday morning at a southern Knox County truck stop.

Indiana State Police say 53-year-old Terri Anna Power, was reported missing at 3 am Tuesday morning.

Police say Power was supposed to leave the Princeton area between 9 and 10 am Monday morning and drive to Waterman, IL. to visit family but they say she never arrived.

Authorities say around 7 o’clock Monday morning  a truck driver called 911 to report a woman was slumped over in her vehicle, which was parked at the Decker Truck Stop located on US 41 in southern Knox County.

When troopers arrived they found the woman in her vehicle deceased. She was later identified as Terri Anna Power.

Indiana State Police detectives and crime scene investigators are currently investigating this incident in which foul play is not suspected.

An autopsy is scheduled for today.
