The Dubois County Substance Abuse Council will be accepting grant applications from organizations that combat substance abuse at their meeting set for September 13th.

Pre-applications are being accepted now through August 31st.
Back in June council members elected new executive officers, they include:
- Chairman Jim McFaul,
- Co-Chair person Becky Michael,
- Treasurer Terry Tanner,
- Secretary Deborah Capps,
- and At-Large Representative Chad Blessinger.
- Others include: Nancy Eckerle, Josh Gunselman, Tim Lampert, Jennifer Lampert, Megan Durlauf, and Brett Hurm.
Their terms run now till June 13th, 2017.
Meetings are open to the public and are held at 11 am on the second Tuesday of each month at Shoney’s Restaurant in Jasper.
