On Wednesday, January 11th, Jasper Police Department was dispatched to Knoll Ridge Apartments at 448 W. 43rd St., Apartment 43 in Jasper for a possible fight in progress. The caller advised there was loud yelling and screaming inside the apartment. Upon the officer’s arrival, it was determined that there was no fight at said apartment.

However, after identifying everyone inside the apartment, it was determined that a man in apartment was Terry Zink. Zink had a felony failure to appear warrant for drug related offenses in 2015. Zink was transported to the Dubois County Security Center for said warrant.
