On Saturday Indiana State Police out of Bloomington made two felony meth arrests. Just after 10 o’clock on Saturday, Jan. 21 Trooper Riley Nungester observed a gray Cadillac Deville travelling in excess of the posted 45 MPH construction zone speed limit.

The driver was identified as Jesse Allen Abrams, 21 of Camby. It was soon discovered that Abrams was wanted on a criminal warrant through Boone County.

The passenger was identified as Adam Boruff, 21 of Bloomington. Boruff was found to be wanted on a criminal warrant out of Monroe County.

During the traffic stop, a clear plastic bag was located containing a white crystal like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Both Abrams and Boruff were arrested for their active warrants and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 6 Felony.

Trooper Seth Parker assisted Trooper Nungester with the investigation.
