Ronald “Chico” L. Denu, 70, of Bristow, passed away, Thursday, February 2, 2017 at his home. Ronald was born May 22, 1946 in Bristow to Hilbert and Gladys (Quinlin) Denu.

Ronald was retired from Kimball International. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom and arrowhead hunting.

Ronald loved spending time with family and friends as well as his beloved dog Molly.

Ronald is survived by one son, Todd Denu of Huntingburg; three daughters, Deann (Tony) Mann of Loogootee, Lisa Long of Huntingburg and Tina (Bret) Vaal of Bretzville; two brothers, Kenny (Mary) Denu and Steve (Angie) Denu all of Jasper; six grandchildren, Joshua, Jared and Jordan Mann, Andrew Long Jr., Kaylyn Long and Hailey Vaal; one great-grandson, Zander Mann. Ronald was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Uyeno and Joann Denu; one brother, Hilbert A. Denu and a grandson, Garrett Vaal.

Visitation will be Sunday from 1-7:00 CDT and Monday from 8-9:30 AM CDT at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand.

Funeral services will be Monday at 10:00 AM CDT at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Siberia.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery with St. Meinrad American Legion Post 366 conducting military graveside rights.
