Spencer County Community Foundation recently announced its’ sponsorship of Crisis Connection’s primary prevention programming.

This sponsorship helps fund the educational presentations in Spencer County Schools (including Lincoln Trail, Nancy Hanks, David Turnham, and Chrisney Elementary, St. Bernard, South Spencer Middle School, Heritage Hills Middle School and Heritage Hills High School). Crisis Connection Staff conduct this programming on topics as Anti-Bullying, Technology Safety, Personal Safety, Boundaries, Sexual Harassment Prevention, Peer Pressure, Healthy Relationships and Natural Helpers. These evidence-informed presentations allow the opportunity to change the social conditions that tolerate or encourage domestic violence and sexual assault from continuing.
