A report of a disruptive man at a Jasper place of worship Wednesday evening ended with the arrest of a Jasper man on a pair of charges.

Just before 8:30 p.m. last night officers with the Jasper Police Department responded to the report of an unruly male subject at the Victory Temple located along the 4200 block of Baden Strasse.

When police arrived they say they spoke to 47-year old Buster Halcomb Jr. of Jasper who police say was non-compliant to officers’ commands.

Halcomb was removed from the property and was taken to and booked into the Dubios County Security Center on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.
