Kimball Electronics has announced that Julie Duchess-Vice President of Human Resources will retire after nearly 43 years with the company.
Duchess held numerous positions before being named VP of Human Resources in 2014. Donald Charron, Chairman and CEO, stated, “Throughout her career, Julie has worked tirelessly to help make Kimball Electronics an Employer of Choice, and her contributions to our global expansion into Asia and Europe over the past several years have been invaluable. We wish her all the best in this new phase of her life.”
Jessica DeLorenzo has been named the new Vice President of Human Resources for Kimball Electronics.
DeLorenzo has been with the company since 2015, and previously held the title of Director, Organizational Development. Prior to her career with Kimball, Ms, DeLorenzo served as the Director of Student Services at Vincennes University.
