Crews will start replacing the storm sewer under 3rd Avenue and Mill Street on Monday.
During this process, the road will be down to one lane. Flaggers will direct traffic.
The project is scheduled to last from 8 am to 6 pm through Wednesday, weather permitting.
Constructions encourage drivers to take a different route during these hours.
