A car’s broken headlight resulted in an impaired driving arrest early Tuesday morning.

24-year-old Kane B. Harpe of Dale was stopped by Huntingburg Police around 2:13 in the morning at Sixth and Main Streets for a broken passenger-side headlight.

Harpe showed signs of impairment. His blood alcohol content level tested .115%.

Harpe was booked into the Dubois County Security Center on a preliminary misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
