As a newly-named official, Gunselman will rely on 14 years of service on the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning Commission, including 7 years as a Chairman, as guidance in his new role. Those experiences will enhance the Director’s ability to provide support to the Planning Commission, Jasper Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), the Economic Development Commission, and the Redevelopment Commission.

Josh Gunselman will fulfill his role as the Director of Community Development and Planning by overseeing the administration of the Jasper Comprehensive Plan.
