“We are excited to welcome back Julie Carrier” said Shannon Leinenbach, Memorial Hospital, SOAR member. “The goal of YWL is to transform the way these young women perceive themselves, challenging them to reach higher levels of personal growth and development through empowerment and leadership.”

The conference is made possible by local community support, donations, grants, and volunteers.  The organization that chairs the program is SOAR, a leadership development program for local young professionals.  As part of the capstone for this program, the participants are responsible for organizing and producing this conference.  The conference is also supported by a local advisory council comprised of local prominent businesswomen and community leaders who lend support to the conference and the cause.
