Bethlehem Lodge #574, nestled in the heart of Birdseye and renowned as one of the three esteemed Masonic Lodges in Dubois County, is thrilled to announce its participation in the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse Weekend. Prepare yourselves for not just one, but TWO incredible events that promise to delight your senses and elevate your experience of this celestial phenomenon.

Event 1: Second Annual Soup Competition

  • Date: Saturday, April 6th, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Bethlehem Lodge #574, Birdseye
  • Admission: $8 per person
  • Highlights: Indulge in unlimited servings of delectable soup accompanied by a mouthwatering pulled pork sandwich. Your ticket includes a selection of tea, lemonade, or coffee. Soft drinks and bottled water will be available for just $1 each. Prizes will be awarded to the winner of the soup competition, so bring your appetite and your A-game! For those on the go, BBQ is available for $8 a pint, and soup can be purchased for $6 a quart. Don’t miss the bake sale featuring a tempting array of sweet treats!

Event 2: Eclipse Day Celebration

  • Date: Monday, April 8th, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Bethlehem Lodge #574, Birdseye
  • Admission: Free parking; food and drink prices apply
  • Highlights: Join us on the day of the Total Solar Eclipse for a memorable celebration. Enjoy free parking and access to restroom facilities throughout the event. Feast on an $8 pulled pork sandwich meal, complete with chips and your choice of tea, coffee, or lemonade. Quench your thirst with bottled water or soft drinks, available for just $1 each. Please note that alcohol is not permitted on the grounds during the Eclipse.
