The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) is inviting Hoosiers to give feedback on the state’s second deliverable for the federal Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) Program.

After conducting a series of four community engagement sessions across the state to solicit in-person feedback and submitting Indiana’s Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP), IDEM is now hosting a virtual public information session for Indiana’s Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP). The CCAP will be a long-term strategy for pollution reduction and mitigation.

This public information session on CCAP will be held online via Microsoft Teams on July 18th, 2024, from 1 to 2 PM EDT. Those interested in viewing the event can click here to join.

In addition, IDEM has launched a new survey to gather public input on individual and community priorities to include in the CCAP. The survey will close on Saturday, August 10th, 2024.

IDEM has a dedicated webpage, on.IN.gov/cprg, for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants Program process that includes a link to this latest survey and information on how to access the public information session.
