On Saturday morning, June 29th, Sergeant Michael Allen was working on US 150 in Paoli. Sergeant Allen observed a vehicle change lanes without signaling and speeding above the posted speed limit. Sergeant Allen stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver, Garrett Stout. Stout showed visible signs of impairment. Stout was transported to the IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test. Stout was then arrested and transported to the Orange County Jail where he is being held on bond.
